We stay at the Sofitel London Heathrow often, and look forward each time to the friendliness of the staff, the absolutely outstanding service and superb comfort of the rooms. A particular thank you to Emilia the host in the Vivre restaurant who always greets us with a smile and remembers our preferences, and Daniel near reception whose offer of help and friendliness always make us feel very welcome. Sofitel Heathrow is superb. The loftiest, most fluffiest bed with beautiful linens too and a tv in the bathroom! The room service was fast, good and really beautifully plated. It was truly a most pleasant stay and I plan to refer this hotel whenever I can. I want to especially thank Amir, Noor and Joel for a very long day made much brighter because of them and this hotel.

This is basic hotel, shampoo is locked in a case! I find it very weird. Good but nothing special. They take an advantage of being close to the airport and are very expensive. This is very big hotel, many rooms. I would consider this hotel only for overnight.

The rooms are great with very comfortable beds. The best part for me was the the excellent service of the Staff. In particular I was very impressed with the concierge service provided by Aartee and the tea room and club room service provided by Sujeewa. Both are at the top of their game and provide evidence of an excellent team all round at the Sofitel Heathrow.

Sujeewa, looked after my husband & I extremely well at the Tea Salon when we first arrived and then again at the club lounge when we dropped in for drinks and snacks. Sujeewa is extremely professional, polite, helpful and has a great personality.
