When staying at the Sofitel hotel at Gatwick airport, We dined at the restaurant’Vivre’. We were served by a lovely waitress’Deniz’. She was very pleasant and professional. A smiley happy face. The table was clean, the cutlery polished and she provided a great service! Thank you Deniz :)

Huge Thankyou to Margo in the complimentary lounge, super friendly service, she made our stay x such a lovely start to our holiday x the lounge on the 8th floor over looks the runway x drinks and canapés with a sunset view, perfect. hotel is comfortable, rooms quiet and attentive staff.

Very impressed. Excellent location. Good room. Shivami is a really excellent bar waitress and is a credit to your hotel. Excellent range of restaurants. We chose to eat in the Vanda, a pan Asian restaurant which was very good. Great hotel to stay before flying away.

Everything was lovely upon our arrival, Gideon and his staff were very helpful and attentive. However, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable and we didn't get a good night's sleep, which was disappointing as we had a very early flight. Overall, I would always stay in this hotel when flying from Gatwick Airport as the share convenience of the proximity of the hotel.

Club Millesimile, Margo was a fantastic host. Delicious canapés and small eats, cheeseboard to finish. Excellent.

Fabulous experience after being upgraded to the 8th Floor including access to the millesimile club room. Wine and beer included with canapés and small eats, cheeseboard to finish. Margo was the host providing attentive service throughout.
