The location in the new business district of Marseilles, the cleanliness, free WiFi and the Novotel's spacious suites with a balcony and a view of the cruise terminal convinced us. Since we were on a road trip through France and Spain with some friends, we traveled in a van. Unfortunately, the parking garages in these countries only have a limited height, but in the parking garage of this accomodiation, which was a 5-minute walk away, it was suitable for our large vehicle, was very generous and was also discounted for hotel guests. The staff at Novotel Suites was very friendly, a bar, a gym and a restaurant with daily breakfast were among the amenities of this hotel. We didn't use the breakfast because there were very good and cozy breakfast places where you can sit outside in the surrounding area. A shopping mall and public transport connections (metro/tram) were in the immediate vicinity. The Old Harbor with a lot of seafood restaurants and a wonderful atmosphere in the evening was easy to reach in about 15 minutes on foot. We can recommend this hotel, especially for guests with a large car.

First time to the port city and was looking for a central and well located hotel for the night which the Novotel did in style. Was able to check in relatively early which allowed us to enjoy the city and hotel facilities. Room came with breakfast which was amazing. Room was clean and tidy (although curtain was hanging off railing a bit) and could use a little maintenance/TLC - however all in al a great stay and location.

another syat at the property, always nice to come back, even if the staff is new. It is true they dont really care of you at front desk but at the breakfast the lady is there since the opening (I think she was from algeria) and she is top great. I still remember her after year and maybe more than 6 visits. good

Spacious room / suite. Very well located with the tramway just in front of the hotel. I stay a week and from the reception desk, the room cleaning and the equipments in the suite (microwave, frig, table and 2 chairs, ) all was very good. So my overall stay was good

Stayed here for six nights. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of space for three people. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was a bonus. Nice for having our evening drinks. The only thing We found confusing was why leave tea and coffee but only small paper cups, a microwave but no plates or cutlery and water but no glasses? We rang reception and they gave us all of the aforementioned items. So all is forgiven.
