This a good option if needing somewhere between flights. While yes, if you want to nitpick you can find some things need improving. However, this place does the basics well. A good room, good breakfast options and very friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy and convenient. I'd happily stay again if I needed somewhere between flights.

We always stayed here, good connection to the underground of the airport, the room quite outdated. We always stayed here when we had a late midnight flight. Great location and great mini bus service but the buffet breakfast it was less options and the food quite cold and less variety.

The hotel is very old and the HUGE lobby space is unnecessary but the staff were very nice. Although I would recommend the hotel itself, the location is disadvantageous if you want to explore Bangkok. It is VERY FAR from popular malls like MBK, centralwOrld, and ICONSIAM. But if you’re looking for a hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport, this hotel is perfect.

Visit The Square restaurants, very nice and good food. Special buffet on Saturday and Sunday, lots of variety of food. Personally, I feel this restaurant is in the top 10 in the Suvarnabhumi area. Lovely Restaurant staff Manager OH, Ms ViVi, Mr พายุ, Mr.โยธิน. Thank you for very nice service.

A huge disappointing and uncomfortable stay

The only positive point is the location of the hotel, for the rest it was a huge disappointing and uncomfortable stay, just some disappointed points: - no one at the entrance to assist with the luggage - waiting queue for check-in more than 20 minutes - check-in 20 minutes, they could not my prepaid reservation - showed screen shots that the price on booking.com was cheaper than their own website; only answer was: can happen - room did not had day light; contacted the reception for a room with day light and the answer you have booked this room (on the site is not mentioned that the room does not have day light) - internet connection two different instructions - clean the shower by my self - a lot of hairs, soap rests, etc - air conditioner not working properly - master switch was not working; one light could not be switched off - the room was very dated - asked twice for the manager on duty and no one contacted me - sent an email to the hotel and sent a reminder, but no feedback after five days The do not care attitude from all staff is a reason not to go return to this hotel and for sure I will not recommend the hotel anymore.
