Our hotel Room was very clean and taken care of everyday. New fresh bottles of water everyday for hydration. Everything is clean when you come back from your day at the pool/beach. Perfect service for the rooms! Thanks to Hakeem (and other staff).

It was good to me to have a stay in this best hotel. I was very happy and comfortable with this hotel and hotel staff. Staff is really awesome. They were used to feel me as their family member . Especially Anil From House keeping he was such a good person. Thank you anil..

The experience in the hotel is really good, also nice breakfast and swimmingpool. Furthermore the most special thing I have experienced with my husband is the cleaning in our room and the service of Dil, the room was always really clean and he also made beuatiful art from towels as a nice gift. Thankyou so much for this nice experience Dil!

Terrible beer deal brunch but better than Claw bbq

Whilst the food and service was very good their beer deal was a joke! Small stubbies of Amstel or Heineken, the worst beers. Its the typical Dubai brunch scam, cheap horrid beers. However, it’s far better than Claw BBQ! At Claw you either get your bill cheated or they simply have no beers at all. Sofitel food is amazing

I came to Dubai on business. The hotel is in a good location and the scenery is wonderful. Although the weather in Dubai was not good when I came, I felt comfortable staying here. I was particularly impressed by Saiful. Saiful's service is very thoughtful. I am very happy!
