They gave a me a room where cleaning service clearly forgot to clean the toilet of the restroom , which was in terryfing condition. Since the hotel was fully booked they could not change my room, and since the cleaning service was not available anymore (i did check in at 20.00 pm), the hotel literally did nothing. I didn’t evend get a discount and it was 206 euro for one night. I think this is the worst hotel i have ever been, an hostel would have been a way better choice, it’s better if I do not attach ANY photo to the following review.. no further comment

Everything was just fantastic. Big mall next to the hotel, a lake to swim some hundreds of meters away. Subway station just next to the hotel. The rooms are big and it was very good to sleep there. We did internet check-in so check-in went really very good, we just got the envelope with key and everything into our hands. The hotel bar is outstanding, and in the mall or next to it are also other fantastic places to eat or drink. Nothing really to complain. Only thing to think about is that the distance to the airport with public transport is quite far.

I've been in Novotel Munich Messe many times through the last few years , most probably for business trip with a customers , I can confirm that a big positive changes had been happened in treatment with the customers , now the hotel is very very good choice not only for business but also for leisure , the surrounding shopping area, the easy access to underground ( only few steps) and the most important thing is the excellent and professional treatment from all the staff , specially front desk - Alina,Maria,Pia and all their colleagues- very well done Novotel

Otelin konumu çok iyi hemen ubahn’ın çıkışında, yürümek zorunda kalmıyorsunuz. Odalar ferah ve geniş bir meydana bakıyor, bu meydanda cuma günleri ufak bir pazar kuruluyor. Meydana bakan bölümde büyük bir alış veriş merkezi var tüm markalar neredeyse mevcut, burada çeşitli dünya mutfaklarından yemekleri tadabileceğiniz restoranlar mevcut.
