Although our suite wasn’t ready when we arrived, the staff let us know we had the best room in the hotel and would take care of everything. Bags were checked, valet took the car and we were off for an adventure for a few hours. The room (1123) was everything we expected. An expansive terrace overlooking the harbor and the old city. A spacious suite to unwind and enjoy time together. We worked out in the small gym and sweat in the sauna (hammam was temporarily down). Housekeeping was phenomenal. And each staff member was knowledgeable and courteous. A late check out was granted and the parked car was easy to locate when we left the property.

We actually did not stay in the hotel but had to pull over near the property due to a flat tire on my rental. Despite us not being guests, Anthony and Anz were life savers and the most hospitable and helpful hotel staff. They helped us with conversing with rental agencies and road-side assistance and offering us help while we sort out the situation. We were at the property for several hours and they offered us drinks and services and kept our luggage safely and helped us with calling taxi to get to the rental company for our replacement vehicle. These two gentlemen need both raise and promotion. I was simply driving through Monaco. However on my next trip to Monaco I am going to 100% stay at Novotel MonteCarlo due to the exceptional customer service I have received from Anthony and Anz.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Acceptable gym - pictures attached. Cardio section is very good. But other equipment should be expanded.

This is a lovely hotel - modern, fresh feeling with really happy staff and in a decent location only 20 mins walk from casino and 5 mins from train station. We thought our room was just lovely - a nice balcony in an exec room overlooking the city with the sea in the distance. The bed and pillows were so comfy and to top it all we asked for a late check in and the reception staff said yes no problem and let us stay in our room until 2 which was really appreciated given a late flight. The pool/ bar area looked quiet but that was probably the time of year. The room was so quiet but when the door was open the noise of nearby building work was very loud - one to bear in mind if these things bother you. It didn’t bother us though and we loved our stay!

Neat, clean & specious room (Riviera Superior double room). Service was good. Staffs are very helpful & speaks English. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Parking underground charge $30 per day. Check in & check out was efficient.
