Great Hotel near Malpensa Airport

A great, clean hotel and staff and convenient - close to Malpensa, for overnight rest before long haul travel. Highly recommend this hotel. Complimentary breakfast was included. Only 6 mins approximately to airport. Lots of free parking.

Frustrating

Beware ...... you may get your bags stolen if you leave them at the Lobby. Safety Camera not allowed to be viewed to assist unless with police which will be too late. Hotel staff will not help you. No signs to warn guest of possible theft.

Achtung! Careful! Cuidado! You could end up paying from 50€ to 80€ extra just for return airport transfers!

Shame about those airport transfers! They used to be free. Now a taxi would charge you 40€ for a 5 minute ride and the shuttle is 25€/ room. They do have stupid rules where you could be paying less but there are conditions attached. It has to be between 5am to 10am... to get a discount. Very silly rules. Room the usual IBIS basic. Staff are nice but room was quite cold and heating was not working properly. Will think twice before using them again as their expensive transfers are a big dent in a holiday budget.

I was pleasantly surprised with our experience here. Check in was simple, the hotel was clean and relatively spacious. Breakfast buffet was included in the price of our stay and offered a wide selection of fruit, cereals, pastries, and meats, as well as coffee and tea, juice and water. The hotel was basic and met our needs, and was very close to the airport for us to drive our rental car. Several reviews mention the beds, which we found to be quite comfortable. We stayed in early October where outside temperatures were in the low 80s. The room temperature was comfortable as the AC setting was controlled within our individual room. We have no complaints and recommend this hotel for a any stay before flying out of Milan Malpensa.

It was a great hotel for easy transportation to the airport! The hotel was clean and had what we needed. Nothing too fancy or special but it was safe, convenient, and we had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t take advantage of the hotel restaurant or bar, there were some guests using those amenities.
