A nice Ibis Hotel in a nice location

A comfortable hotel in a nice location very near to Potsdamer Platz as well as Checkpoint Charley. It offered a good-sized, nice room and the breakfast they offer is very nice. I found the staff to be both friendly and extremely helpful. The only criticism that I can offer is that the shower was terrible and you had to choose between either freezing or scalding.

Hotel in good location. Rooms were clean and enough for a 3 night stay. Staff let hotel down a bit. Very hit or miss although night staff were friendly. Breakfast staff were blunt and rude. One member berated a member of our family when using the waffle maker. No sign present to say how much batter to put in on day one so we overfilled it a bit. Staff member shouted at us infront of a room of guests in German then switched to English to continue this. Overall an OK hotel for the price but maybe some of the staff need a bit of hospitality training.

Good location near by U-Bahn and Tempdrome Arena plus all sight see Berlin. Lift was veryyyyy slowly. Room quite ok, little dusty - not used for while? Typical Ibis system, tv -canal quite many -good. Staff helpfull and breakfast very tasty, various. Price, hmmmm 17e ;(

Very clean hotel with modern touches; idealy located near S-Train and Bus station, also walking distance about 500m to Potsdamer platz and shopping centers. Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Overall good hotel

Really well located for trains and buses, and within walking distance of a lot of the main tourist sites. Staff friendly and helpful and impressed by the reception bar which I thought was reasonably priced. I think my only grumble is that there is no kettle in the room, having just come from twin room in a hostel that was half the price in Munich that had one along with tea/coffee
