The price-quality ratio is very positive! There are numerous nice pubs around with a variety of cuisines. A very nice walking route to the very center and the most important points of the city! Good breakfast, I think everyone will find something for themselves, always fresh. A nice surprise is prosecco served with Sunday breakfast! The rooms were cleaned every day, very thoroughly. Nice and helpful staff! I recommend it ☺️

The hotel itself is not clean and experience was not very good.

The rooms are not clean. The choice at the breakfast is limited. At the end of our stay, we wanted to book a taxi to the airport and were told that the fixed price is 42 euros even if we take 2 taxis. However, when we paid, the price was separate for both of them.

Would stay again. Couple of negatives though

First impressions weren’t the best as when I politely asked the man on reception whether I could check in please, his response was just ‘ID’ which wasn’t friendly or greeting at all. But I got my room and it was clean enough with a good bathroom and plenty of storage space. Only thing that confused me was it was 2x single bed duvets on a double bed which is obviously not ideal but I made do. Location was ideal, very short walk up the road to Pilgramgasse station and I always got off at Karlsplatz as the location was ideal for the city centre and a good starting point for a walk. Would stay here again if visiting Vienna but a little bit of customer service training can turn this experience from ‘pretty good’ to ‘good’.

As clients need to fill in a local registration form our front desk team asks clients upon arrival for their ID cards to prefill the most needed data, of course this should happen in a friendly and welcoming way. Regarding the duvets, as we mostly welcome two guests per room we have recently changed the bedding in our rooms from one to two duvets, as it was requested very often. As we only have double bedded rooms, all our rooms are not automatically equipped with two single bed duvets. We strive to provide a great service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We would be happy to welcome you again in the future! Best regards Felicitas

Merhabalar, İlk otele girişte rezervasyonum olduğu halde ismim sorulmadan check in işlemine daha vakit olduğu daha sonra odaya girişi yapılacağı bildirildi. App üzerinden rezervasyon yaptığımız söylediğinde ilgilendi. Fakat verdiği ilk odaya gittiğimizde içeride misafir vardı. Tekrar resepsiyona işini düzgün yapmadığını iletmek gerekti. ilk girişte ve yol yorgunluğuyla bununla uğraşma sıkıcı bir deneyimdi. Diğer günler herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadım. Teşekkürler

Standart ibis kalitesi, güleryüzle hizmet aldım. Ancak standart ibis odalarında görmeye alıştığım buzdolabını, ikram kahve ve sıcak içecekleri göremedim. Bunu yanlış biliyor da olabilirim ama standart olur diye düşünüyordum.
