Great location, dormitory rooms, no air conditioning

This hotel has a trendy lobby and basic restaurant and to-go drinks and snacks. It is in a great location. The rooms are clean. Then the fun ends. The rooms are dormitory style, small, dated and no air conditioning. It was a heat wave 90 degrees F and the air conditioning didn’t work. I had maintenance come to my room and they said it was working fine. I opened the window because it was cooler outside than inside, my friend also agreed. It was 90 degrees F in my room, not even a fan. It was inexpensive, but i would not stay here again due to lack of air conditioning. Too hard to sleep or cool down.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room is very small and includes only the minimum, wifi is good, and breakfast is too, the location is very good (metro, bus, etc.) and safe (next to Police station)

They are not accepting accord card or ibis card. I don’t understand the reason Too many people and at the reception are unfriendly Breakfast is not included in the room rate and it is not normal with accord hotels Rooms maybe a cause of the huge tournover of clients was not clean Bad experience

Ibis hotels are relatively the same around the world. Generally good. This was fine. Rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. Small but I was out most of the time. I booked this hotel purely because of location. Right in the heart of a busy main road with shopping and restaurants nearby as well as transport links and a few museums. Tourist attractions in Sao Paulo are spread out across the city so wherever you stay, you will need to take some form of transport to get there. It's a big, bustling city. I loved this location which was perfect to come back to. There was a bar downstairs too. Staff were pleasant. This is a safe area. Parts of Sao Paulo are not very safe but this was fine. If your looking for a good location, basic but clean room, comfortable bed and a hot shower, then this is perfect. The hotel had a nice atmosphere.

I spent only one night in ibis Paulista. Very nice and helpful service at the reception, security and restaurant. Easy to reach all places in São Paulo by public transport or cab. Diogo at the reception was very prefessional.
