This hotel is quite nice but a little bit old. The staff are super attentive and helpful. They helped me a lot during the stay at hotel. Even just spending 2 nites at this hotel, I truly loved it. The foods are delicious as well. Room is pretty nice.

Please refer to my review submitted in February 2024 before reading this updated one. TripAdvisor rules only allow 1 review of the same hotel in a 3 month period. Once the GM, Michelle Lee, was made aware of the problems we were experiencing during our stay, she requested to meet us personally. In the meantime we were given the key to our new room. To call it a 'room' is a bit of an understatement to say the least. It was a Suite of huge proportions decorated completely in white. The bed was the largest we have ever slept in and extremely comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking from both the living area and bedroom. There was a small kitchen area and 2 bathrooms and ample space for clothing. Together with the Club benefits we already had, our stay was suddenly perfect. We met with Michelle the following day, what a lovely lady. She was ready to listen to our concerns and embrace our suggestions. She had only been in the position of GM at the Pullman for 2 weeks!! She has so much enthusiasm and under her leadership I am sure the hotel is going to thrive and continue to be one of the best hotels in Bangkok. We look forward to returning in 2025. See you then 😁

Stayed here for a week. Had an amazing time. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The 37th floor restaurant had amazing food and the views of Bangkok are out of this world. Room was large and bed was so comfy. Location is perfect for getting around Bangkok. The swimming pool and bar there was a really nice touch. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Bangkok.

Very friendly staff Reception very helpful and fast Rooms are nice white and clean big shower! Just a walk from the bts which is very easy to get around
