I decided to stay at the Ibis given its close proximity to the convention center as well as the decent reviews, however, I deeply regret staying here. For starters, the A/C in my room barely worked, I had to call the front desk often to have their maintenance team inspect and remedy the unit in my room. Dubai is hot, having good A/C is critical for one's stay, the Ibis failed me with poor air conditioning causing sleepless nights. The bathroom is cramped and lacking amenities. The bed was alright, but the room itself had minimal storage for clothes. Don't expect a good view if you stay here. The staff is good, but sometimes hard to get a hold of as there are too few people working at times. The breakfast was decent offering a lot of hot and cold items. Overall I would highly recommend you stay elsewhere if your looking for a hotel close to the Dubai convention center.

I would like to Thank the Team of the Hotel Specially Ms. Amal front Desk & Pragia & Mr. Ayamn for their amazing assistant & attitued it is my first stay at ibis hotel group & i will come back always to world Trade center ibis for the Amazing Care & attendant by their Team Specially Ms. Amal sherif she is Great & Amazing Staff i wish her & all the Team all the Best

The staff is so friendly especially Mr Binod from house keeping he helped us with the quick delivery of the room as well as the comprehensive guidance of the hotel facilitiesand, the hotel was so clean and the location is close to the Dubai mall and the room size is normal and there is so much activities and we recommend going there

Disappointing Stay at Ibis World Trade Center Dubai - Beware of Bedbugs! This review details a terrible experience at the Ibis World Trade Center Dubai in March 2024 from Sunday 17th to Saturday 23rd. Unacceptable Room Conditions: My stay was marred by the presence of bedbugs. I woke up with several bites on both legs and a hand, resulting in significant swelling and pain. This not only caused physical discomfort but also necessitated a hospital visit to address the issue. Poor Response from Management: Disappointingly, the hotel's response fell short of my expectations as a full refund of the stay was expected. Instead, they only offered an upgrade to the Novotel World Trade Center for a future stay, a complimentary transfer to the airport and a free buffet dinner. Although that was appreciated, it does little to compensate for the immediate intense pain I experienced, and the health concerns and inconvenience caused. To make matters worse, during my upgraded stay at the Novotel, my request for a late check-out by 8 pm was denied. The best they could offer was a 5 pm late check out, as I was told by the reception, was the decision by the Duty Manager and Director of Rooms. Needless to say, this added further frustration to the experience, as my flight was only leaving by 11pm. Pictures Included: For transparency, I have attached pictures taken in the room featuring the bedbugs as well as the swelling caused by the bedbug bites. Overall, my stay at the Ibis World Trade Center Dubai was a nightmare. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations.

Thus, we did not intend for this to cause any frustration. Given the operational limitations, our team tried their best to provide late check-out options until 9 pm.
