Business stay. flagship is the staff, especially at the reception. A big thank you to Sara who with her patient gave me all the best advices to reach milano city centre without paying actually paying a fortune. Pizza at the restaurant delicious and crispy.

Modern. Bright, clean , spacious, right by the airport , well equipped with really helpful staff - especially the receptionist (Luca we think his name was). He showed amazing customer service and sorted things out for us with a smile and a complimentary drink when, after a hideous day of driving a 7 hour detour due to road closures and having missed our flights, we arrived at the hotel and realised that in my tired state I’d booked the hotel for a years time! Thank you so much from 4 tired travellers , you were a shining star on a difficult day

I've been here for work and my stay was superb! reception staff is super helful and kind. restaurant offers a great a variety of local dishes and in the evening also pizza. Sara and Gioavnni deserve a big praise for them courtesy and friendliness

one night close to Malpensa

we stayed one night to be close to the Malpensa airport while knowing the accor hotels in other places. the room was not clean at all (dirty floor and not nicely prepared bed sheets), the sofa bed was terrible and not at all a 4 star hotel standards.
