Ran down hotel, needs more than a few updates. No electric outlet in bathroom unless you want to shave. Beds are hard as a rock and pillows are flat. Breakfast was underwhelming. When I return to Cergy for business, I will NOT book this hotel again.

Regarding the bathroom, you have a socket for shaving and if you want to plug in something else like the hair dryer, you have a special socket outside the bathroom. We are sorry to learn that the bedding did not meet your expectations, please note that it was recently changed according to Accor standards and references. The environment is quiet, the room is very clean, the service of hotel is very good.The shop mail and a lot of the restaurants nearby and the transportation is convenient. And the price is not expensive,take the train go to Paris only half hour

Terrible staff and dirty room

I stayed at the Mercure hotel in Cergy for 1 month, I was waiting for my appartment to be ready. ALL the staff at the reception were super rude and I have never felt so bad at any hotel. BEAWARE, do NOT Go to this hotel. The staff goes to your room and browses through your stuff. There were other peoples hair in the all over the bathroom. But even though the room is dirty - the STAFF is so much worse. They talk to you so rude and even the head of the staff treats you like s***. When I left the hotel was the happiest day of my life, I never write a review but this time I just have to warn people.

Greta, We are sorry that you didn't like your stay with us. It is really unusual to receive comments like yours and especially regarding the staff. The manager of the student housing has reserved for 20 people. They all respected the general rules of the hotel except you. Despite this, we have remained very courteous to you. We are not an aparthotel, it is forbidden to cook in our rooms. You have degraded the room. It took us a week of intensive cleaning before putting it back on sale. We still have photos and videos of the state of your room during your stay. Even after your departure, you continued to have your purchases delivered to us. 3 weeks later, we have warned you that we will no longer accept your parcels. It seems you didn't like it … Anyway, we wish you all the best! Maouia
