Like all travellers I believe that where you stay in a City etc should be a place where you want to come back to at the end of the day. This hotel in the heart of Old Town Prague happens to be such a place. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful and staff cheerful and welcoming. Our room was well equipped with soaps, towels, tea and coffee, plenty of hanging space and a safe to hold your valuables etc. Bed was so comfortable to sleep and relax upon and the cleaning staff were excellent. A 1st for us was knowing that no one can access the room floors unless they either took the stairs next to reception or use your key card to access the lifts which we thought was an excellent idea. The hotel is situated close to a shopping centre, restaurants and the theatre while all the tourist attractions are all walkable from it. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.

This hotel has fantastic breakfast and the rooms are very palatial. I like the staff a really really like the breakfast. If you stay here make sure you get the breakfast included. This place is elegant and the rooms are classy. My friend said it was the best hotel that I picked in our trip. The only problem with this hotel is that it didn't have a pool although it did have a gym that I didn't have enough time to visit. I like the lobby in the hotel and I like the vibe of the hotel. Also the hotel has a couple what look like very tasty high-end restaurants in it and is close to restaurants and bars. I like the location of the hotel and I would stay there again in a New York minute.

Beautiful, classy, very professional staff, exceptional breakfast, cozy rooms, nice bar, nice fitness room, well located (near metro station or 10 minutes to the astronomical clock), near Palladium shopping mall, rich in history and an architectural jewel. Close to must see Major Hall (Art Nouveau building housing also Alphonse Mucha exhibition). Fully recommend - we stayed here for the 3rd time and will return this summer.

The hotel has a tradition architecture with good modern amenity. Ambience of Inhouse dining very good. The location of the hotel is perfect. Its next to the mall in case you need essentials while its walkable from all city attractions like the city square and the bridges.

Beautiful architecture !

Such a beautiful hotel located perfectly in Old Town Prague. The building is magnificent. The ceilings soar above you, the artwork, the decor, the smell was all just divine ! Our rooms was of good size, smallish bathroom. Felt the mattress were due for an upgrade. We had a big rise in between our 2 beds that were pushed together. Pillows were terrible ! Requested foam pillows but none were on offer. Only soft pillows that squash to nothing. The biggest problem we had with the room was we couldn’t turn the temperature down. We slept one night with our window open (February in Prague). The hotel in general was very hot and got to the point where you felt sick until you went outside. I feel the cold too ! The other point to make, is the blonde man in the bar had a very rude manner. It wasn’t just Eastern European stern, it was down right rude ! I asked him for an iPhone charger and he replied with “I’m not rich, I dont have an iPhone, check at reception”……..really !!! The 2nd night, we didn’t return to the bar and i did notice he wasn’t there so maybe we would’ve received better service the 2nd night. All the other staff were very friendly and accommodated our needs perfectly. I would stay here again but hopefully they can purchase some more pillows and adjust the temperature control. The hotel is in a great location for transport, restaurants, bars and shopping.
