Good friendly hotel

Stayed here for one week , cost was around £120 per day including breakfast. All the staff spoke very good English & were very helpful , friendly & respectful. I would particularly like to mention Stefan on reception who is a credit to his profession & Marcela in the restaurant who went out of her way to give me ideas of where to visit. The location is good with several restaurants a short walk down the road. I tried the Indian, the Afganistan, & the Italian all were worth a visit. The old town is about a 20-30 minute walk. The very interesting Deutch museum is about 10 minutes away & costs 15 euro & I spent 3 hours in there & reckon I missed quite a bit as it’s so large. The hotel was busy the whole time I was there , breakfast can be a bit manic but was very good with plenty of choice for all. The restaurant which I tried twice was also good but seating was a bit limited when busy . Finally I have to mention as others have , the room service staff never appeared to knock on the door before entering & on several occasions came into my room with embarrassing consequences.Overall a good hotel & will use again.

Excellent all round service all around. In 2020 we tried a Novotel hotel in Prague, and since we were a lot sadisfied with the hotel, we choose Novotel for Munich. Absolutely excellent service. We had to change dates because in December Munich Airport was closed because of the snow storm. I arranged for the new dates over the phone and received the confirmation email within minutes. On arrival and check out the receptionits were very professional, especially in dealing with the big amount of check-ins. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of food. Well done to the restaurant staff too. All my particular requests were dealt with perfectly. The room and bathroom were perfect! (see photos below) Will absolutely choose this hotel again! Will choose Novotel again!

We visited Munich for 4 days and we feel so good for choosing your hotel for our stay! It’s so close to the city center and the S-station. The walking path by the side of river it was just fantastic. We would like to thank you for the warm welcome and smily staff. We had the best tasty breakfast ever. Even the kids were so happy for the variety of choices !Thank you for your birthday surprise too!!

Good Hotel with a nice location very near to Metro station, friendly staff , well behaved . Breakfast was good , it was free for kids below 16 years of age . Checkin was smooth and so was the check out , Recommended for family stay , room size was also very good

Very very nice hotel. The amenities offered were fantastic. Bar comfortable and location was very good. Our flight got cancelled for return due to snow and the hotel helped. Food menu in bar VERY limited and no children’s menu. Beds are as hard as rocks , it’s would be good for night or two but no more. Pool was lovely addition and the breakfast was amazing.
