Really lovely hotel! Stayed here with my friend and our daughters as it was their first trip to London from up north. The hotel is very well placed for visiting the city! The staff are a credit to the brand and hotel, all very welcoming and putting a huge smile on our little girls faces! They knew it was a special trip for them so decorated the room prior to going out to the frozen show with balloons and cakes. Big thanks to Jenna - amazing lady!

This is my fourth stay at this hotel and I am pleased to say it has maintained it's extremely high standards. Location is very good only a very short walk to The Tower and Tower Pier and Tower Hill tube station is only 200m away also there is a taxi rank outside the hotel. Check in was very easy and my room (727) was ready early. The room was what you would expect of an executive room and even on the 7th floor the windows opened to let fresh air in. I heard no noise from neighbouring rooms or from the corridor and good double glazing meant no road noise. The staff on reception and in the bar are a real credit to the hotel and they make everything seem effortless. Mondays to Thursday show your room key in the bar for 10% discount. I always enjoy this hotel and can heartily recommend it and I will be returning soon.

We had a great experience staying at Novotel Tower Bridge. For one, the location is fantastic for sightseeing. It's super easy to walk to a lot of main attractions and the tube stop is right in front as well. The rooms are big and clean (with tea and coffee facilities) and the breakfast was tasty -- with lots of selection. We also appreciated the front desk staff... when we arrived in the morning after a long flight from Canada, they allowed us to check in early, so that we could rest and freshen up before doing some sightseeing. THANK YOU!

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Only disappointment was the wait at the bar in the evenings, other than that! Lovely place to start. Rooms are a good size and clean. Breakfast is excellent and lots of choice. It’s in a great location as very near to the Tower of London and near to the tube station.

It’ was a wonderful experience as always. Especially with Khan services. He was very helpfull and available to guide usbduring our lunch. We ate a wonderful fish and ships duritn the lunch. Despite the bad weather we enjoyed this place a lot and we will come back
