We stayed at this hotel for more than 4 nights and our stay there was great! Room was clean and the bed was comfortable (although the pillows were too soft for us), and the staffs were all very nice and helpful, would love to stay again:)

I stayed at this hotel during my recent business trip to Paris. I was very impressed with the view from the balcony of my room, it was amazing. I also received very enthusiastic support from an employee named Lien, who gave me detailed instructions on each destination in Paris. I think I will be back to this hotel soon.

Excellent hotel with close proximity to Latin Quarter, Jardin de Luxembourg and good shopping.

Very comfy rooms with good mattresses and nice decorations. New and very spacious showers! The staff is as always very competent and friendly. We love this hotel where we have been staying for about 20 years.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced courteous and helpful service. No complaints with our room as it was spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was sufficient so we have absolutely nothing to suggest that you could improve upon thank you.

A very good choice for your stay in Paris

I was a guest in the hotel for almost a week. Don't expect large rooms and a breakfast room with an endless buffet. But the room is cozy and equipped with everything you need, some with a balcony perfect for your instagram photos. And above all it is clean, the thing that matters most when you stay several days in a location. The breakfast room is small, but there is everything you could want for breakfast, apart from a good Italian cappuccino instead of which you are always offered a Caffè au lait. The food is good and fresh, and the trays are constantly being filled. The atmosphere is familiar, and all the staff is super friendly and ready to do their utmost to make your stay pleasant and enjoy Paris to the fullest. But the strong point of the Hotel is undoubtedly the location. Located in front of the Sorbenne University, very close to the Latin quarter, it is 200-300 meters from the area with all the restaurants, so perfect for the evening, and also many of the main attractions are within walking distance: 700 meters from Notre Dame, 1.5 km from the Louvre, 2.0 km from the Orsay Museum, 3.0 km from the Orangerie, 5.0 from the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coer. So much so that we always liked to move on foot to enjoy the walk along the banks of the Seine and the Jardin du Luxembourg. But the metro stops are also within walking distance, as well as the train station to go to Disneyland. Not to mention that if you arrive from Orly Airport, being on the Left Bank (Rive Gauche), even a taxi costs less, €35 instead of €41 (2023 price). At CDG, on the other hand, it costs more. Ultimately, for me the price-performance ratio is also right. In short, the right hotel in a perfect location for us. I am happy with my choice, I can only recommend this hotel, and for sure when I come back to Paris, The Hotel will be Mercure Paris La Sorbonne again.
