We stayed at the Ibis to attend a concert at the ING Arena. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room was ready (was dead on check in time). The room was OK- two single beds, bathroom, etc- just the basics but just what we needed. The only thing lacking was a kettle/coffee but that just meant a trip to the bar. We didn't eat at the hotel but we used the bar a couple of times. The coffee was lovely and served with a madeline and a nice selection of beer. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the arena (the reason for the stay) and equally close to the Atomium. Would stay here again in the need arises.

Rooms shabby and worse guest service. Arrived for one night because was close to Palais 12. Rooms: doors didn’t close properly. Doorknob from bathroom door felt apart. Bathroom: shower was full of mold. Guest service: ask for extra towels and late check-out… the reception lady - Mrs. Pushchaeva answered rude and misbehaved to us… never again this hotel…

i booked this hotel as looking at the map its close to the Atom, it was about a 15 min walk which was good my room was clean and tidy the bar area is good and served pizza as the main item, but there were other choice's very pleased with the breakfast would stay here again

Sure, the rooms are not that luxurious and maybe a bit outdated. But the staff in this hotel is super friendly and hospitable. Palais 12 is only five minutes away (by foot) which is also nice. Thanks for the kind service!
