Budget that's a bit run down

The room was tiny - to be expected, it wasn't expensive. However everything was quite run down. Threadbare towels, no bath rug, very cheap toilet paper. We checked in late, and as there is no night receptionist, it was a bit of a struggle to get in; I hadn't noticed that I needed a code even to open the gate to the parking lot. However, I finally managed to speak by intercom to a helpful person. What you get: queen size bed, desk,stool, clothes hanging area, outlets, mirror, soap and liquid soap; duvet cover and two small pillows.. The light switch was outside the bath area, which was confusing as there was a non-functional switch inside. It was relatively quiet (rather busy street outside).

For the price it is absolutely absolutely fine

Don't expect the Ritz, its a clean bed and bathroom for the night. But its a good one and for the price it is difficult to beat. Don't use it for a romantic getaway as it will definitely put an end to the activities.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are good for our purpose, shower is nice and hot water. The only criticism is there isn’t any place to socialise, we were a group of more than 10 people and we needed to squeeze in a room to spend time together. Overall is a good place to spend a night!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights solo. It was comfortable but rooms were basic and not very big. I think 4 nights sharing such a small space may have been too much. No hot drink making facility in rooms Staff were friendly but the chambermaid didn't seem too bothered if my do not disturb sign was on the door. He came in at 8am on a Sunday! Breakfast was very limited. Croissants, bread (no meat), yogurt and cereal. Heating in room was good and controlled by the guest rather than centrally. Shower was nice and hot. Overall would stay again, but basic improvements could be made with breakfast etc.

1 night stay on way to Ferry, booked as close to Rouen. The cathedral night laser show on Saturday was spectacular. Well worth waiting for. Hotel has excellent safe and secure car park. Room a good size.
