Suitable for every occasion Whether traveling for a business deal, seminar or vacation. In a comfortable atmosphere At Novotel Bangkok Bangna Hotel, there are many types of rooms that meet every need and most importantly It is a hotel that is very ready for service. The staff here are welcoming and attentive. There is a Kid's Room, a fitness room, and a swimming pool floor. It's a very beautiful view. There is a meeting room available. Wedding banquet rooms include NESCAFE Premium, which was the first to open in the hotel, a freshly made bakery, a Chinese dim sum buffet restaurant. Delicious Peking duck. I checked in the room and discovered the air con has smell. The room is outdated with power points at some of the most inconvenient place. The room definitely needs to be refreshed to meet the modern business traveler’s needs. The bathroom is dirty. Looked like 1 star hotel. Complaint to the front desk, no action to exchange my room. Not going to stay here anymore.

We were transported to the hotel from BKK after cancellation of our outgoing flight, resulting in a 36 hour delay. The hotel staff accepted the surprise onslaught of several hundred tired travellers and put us up with calmness and efficiency. We had multiple meals, mostly at the copious and varied buffet with a mixture of Thai, Chinese, and even European items (not that I was interested in the last). Really very good. I didn’t try the swimming pool, but others said it was pleasant and refreshing. My room was fairly small (although an “executive” upgrade due to my Accor membership), but clean, pleasant, and well-equipped. The checkout process was seamless, including the late checkout to accommodate the late afternoon transport back to the airport. I didn’t explore the area, and it appeared that there may not have been much else to see in the neighbourhood, but I am grateful for the accommodations and good food while we awaited our “next” departure.

A very exceptional experience, particularly with Amy on the front desk. Her skills were exceptional to the level of a CEO with outstanding people skills and high emotional intelligence. I and my colleagues will keep returning to this Novotel, particularly due to our very positive experience with Amy who is so loyal to the Accor brand and exemplifies the epitome of brilliant customer service in all respects with integrity.

Early this month we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must commend Micky at the reception for providing outstanding assistance with a helpful and respectful demeanor. Her warm welcome at front set a positive tone for our entire stay. Additionally, she recommended The Square for dining, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience the team provide. The ambiance was delightful, and the food surpassed my expectations. I appreciate the unexpected gem Micky pointed out, making our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend both the property, Micky's excellent service and also not to forget The Square for a fantastic dining experience!
