Nice hotel for a transient stay. For those giving a one star review, manage your expectations based on your allowable budget. If you want a classy room to sleep into, book an Accor's Raffles or Faimont instead. My stay was fantastic, people with a heart, kudos for Suryo and Bayu. Very accommodating on my inquiries and clear information upon check in. I will reconsider to stay and come back here because of accessibility. Rooms nice, good city view, breakfast was good, people are excellent.

Best hotel in this area. Great location, good breakfast and service is excellent. We love the breakfast and comfortable bed. Good pillows and they have have bolster too. Like this hotel very much and will come back again soon. Great jobs hotel team.

Whilst not the most luxurious hotel we've ever stayed in (after all it is an Ibis and this is reflected in the price point), this property does have a number of advantages. Firstly, there is the price (which is very reasonable), the location is also excellent- close to public transport and a number of large shopping centres and finally the staff were very helpful. We took the breakfast package and breakfast was ok- it certainly did the job. Our room was reasonably clean, if somewhat dated. Would I stay here again- certainly.

The worst experience ever

I cannot believe that they canceled my booking by themself. My credit card works just ok, but when arrived to the hotel, i been informed that booking was cancel automatically, and i have to start to look for another hotel at night. Unbelievable. Too bad
