Nice hotel , but under staff in the weekend

Pullman is a nice hotel , the rooms are nice , loby is nice . Staff is friendly and kind . Many thanks to Felicia in the lobby Bar , that she did the best to serve us , in very difficult conditions , as she was only 1 waiter to serve 40 people , she was bringing the food from the kitchen , serving us, she was the cashier and she was cleaning also the tables …. She was great ! But she was the only one, the hotel should have staffed more this hotel ! Also on Sunday the loby bar opens at 11.00 AM, this is not acceptable for such kind of hotel , I got a coffe and I paid for the coffe form the breakfast auto coffee machine , I drink without sugar , the coffe had sugar , but in any case these issue relate to an understaffed hotel that is supposed to be 4 star ! The management should do better !

I had a very profound connection with my pillow. Honestly, I can say I would love to buy one of these so I asked the receptionist to give me the informations to buy one. 10 of 10 for pillows. The lady, misses Aura, who made my room is a complete sweetheart. Very polite, very pro active and made my room every day exceptionally well done. Thank you for this lovely experience.

Comfy quiet room, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast! Ideal for a quick trip to Bucharest. Good park over the road for a run round the lake too 😁 Loads of restaurants, beer hall and eateries around the lake. Short journey to city centre for all the sights.

Lovely hotel, the second time staying here. Highly recommend. Food delicious, All staff from the bar, to restaurant and reception staff are great especially Felicia, Emilia & Florenta. Thank you to the restaurant staff for my porridge every morning. Can’t wait to visit again. Made us feel like home.

Always a good choice whilst in Bucharest

Good hotel, warm welcome at the front desk at check-in, fairly nice room, very good breakfast. The maid named Aura was very nice and helpful. All in all a recommended experience. Only a small remark, no room upgrade was granted in spite of my ACCOR ALL Platinum card. Not a major issue, just a minor remark within a very positive review.
