What a wonderful place everything is amazing and wonderful. The stay was as good as you i wanted and more. The room view was wonderful and quiet to the garden. The food was delicious and good. The variety of the restaurants. The BBQ one was perfect 💯

Everything in the palace is as wonderful as it could be. The room is super clean and the hygene is a ten put of ten. The people are so welcoming and kind. I njoyed the stay to the maximum. Next time would be for sure with the family. I hope it will be soon.

The hotel is like a an open museum a lot of antiques and classical royal decorations . i felt like a queen . the people there are amazing especially the front desk staff very helpful and welcoming. i had a coffee was good in the Royal Bar. moreover the garden is something else .

I was there for two hours and i enjoyed a lot i drank coffee in the garden terrace the coffee was delicious and so tasty.the service was ver fast and effective. The view was overwhelming. I would really love to come back soon...

The warm personal greetings set the right tone for the rest of our stay, and I’m much in your debt for the extra courtesies that helped us relax and enjoy the trip. We want to thank all your wonderful staff but in particular; - The waiters and kitchen help at the restaurants for their royal treatment - The butler especially Hany for anticipating our needs even before we did. He always managed to exceed our expectations, we were prepared to accompany us to pray EID among the friendly sweet people of Luxor. - Chef Abdulrahim for a lovely sweet especially Kaahk and Biscotti, Chief Ahmed for the extra mile beyond the menu. The chiefs and waters at the barbeque. - The pool guys especially Mr. Abdelrahman for their friendly treatment - The housekeeping for their prompt services
