One of the worst hotels

It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Right now it is 5 degrees celcius and the room is freezing, but when we talked to the concierge they said they 'turned off' the heater. We tried contacting the concierge again because it was too cold, and they said they were going to come but they did not. They called us back instead suggesting that they give us extra 'blanket'. Also, there is no soundproof whatsoever between the rooms, thus you can hear literally everything coming from the next door.

I WOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE

The worst 3rd world experience. They overcharged me and when I tried to discuss the charges they all playing the run around game. Charged me for an infant in the room. I didn’t have a kid with me. (Like a 100 euros difference in taxes and fees) When I was leaving and asked for a taxi, the front desk guy called, what it seems the biggest taxi scammer in Paris. The guy overcharged me like 25 euros for the trip, blatantly claiming wrong mileage. My advice: AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE If you make the mistake to book this hotel: 1. USE UBER….Don’t rely on them calling you a taxi (unless you have tons of extra euros to spend) 2. Check your invoice and question them on every single bogus charge you see. 3. Check carefully whether they have pulled a fast one with adding more people to your room just to charge you more. Overall, I’m disappointed in you, Novotel. You really added a very bad aftertaste to this trip. I’ll NEVER EVER book with you anymore. Your chain doesn’t exist to me anymore.

Accor member and received a room upgrade. Parking expensive. Room was a bit old but wasn’t terrible. Location ok about 20 mins from Paris and close to the train. However not on the metro so train a bit more expensive. Staff good. Would stay again for the price.

Booked a month ago confirmed booking and arrival time the day before arrival, arrived on time and no room. Told I was being sent to Novotel Suites so very confused when arriving at a near B&B hotel who were not told of my arrival and wanted to charge more than my original booking.

Really lovely hotel , we stayed for two nights while visiting Paris and it was very clean and spacious . The staff were so professional kind and very helpful . Rooms were immaculate , beds were very comfortable and the hotel was silent for sleeping . The breakfast is well worth the cost and the choice was abundant and very tasty . Overall one of the best hotel stays I’ve had .Highly recommended
