Excellent located, ca. 10 min. on foot away from the old center. Ca. 25 min. on foot from the train station. Friendly staff, fast check-in. My room was on the 3rd floor, very quiet. A bit small, and the bathroom is already a challenge, but the shower is nice. Bed very comfortable. No coffee machine in the room, so no hot water to drink. AC worked well, actually too well, and for early April, it was a little cold. Breakfast buffet is rich and offers a lot of varieties. Hot and cold foods, all very good. Would stay here again the next time.

Our hotel design aims to maximize space efficiency, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the air conditioning, we are aware of the noise concerns and are looking into ways to enhance guest comfort while ensuring a pleasant room temperature. It's a pleasure to know you enjoyed the shower and had a comfortable night's sleep on our Sweet Bed by ibis. Although we do not offer in-room coffee machines, we provide kettles upon request at the reception to ensure our guests can enjoy a hot beverage at their convenience. Lastly, we're thrilled that our breakfast buffet with its variety met your expectations and contributed to a positive start to your day. Totally solid hotel - polite staff, easy to check in and do things, really good for a quick one night stay as I was away on business. Typical IBIS hotel by all accounts Points to note: Maybe a little tattier than you would want and could do with a bit of a refresh!

13:00 olan oda giris saatinden once otele vardik. 1,5 saat sonra odamiza gecebilecegimiz soylendi. Valizleri birakip sehri gezmeye gittik. 16:00 civari otele donduk ancak oda temizliginde olusan bir aksaklik yuzunden odanin hazir olmadigini ogrendik. Bize suresi bilinmez bir sekilde beklememiz gerektigi soylendi. 15 dklik israrli talebimiz sonrasinda 20 dk sonra odanin hazir olacagi bilgisi geldi. Yaklasik 40 dk lobide bekleyip 2 kez daha bilgi almak icin talep ettikten sonra odanin hazir oldugu soylendi. Ve tarafimiza yasatilan bu magduriyetten dolayi hic bir ozur dilenmedi. Oda kosullarinin yetersiz olusu ile ilgili bir yorum yapmiyorum. Genel sehir sartlarina gore F/P denebilir. Ancak ibis isminden daha iyi sartlar bekleniyor. Kotu hizmet dememim sebebi yasadigimiz magduriyetin hic umuranmamasi ve sanki bizim hatamizmis gibi yaklasilmasi.

Good location. No wifi

Location is excellent. Breakfast ok. Staff nice and ready to help. Rooms small and there is no facilities like a small kettle/fridge. One big issue however was that there was no wifi. Since it was a buisness trip this was a key factor. They kept saying the technician was called but unfortunately we ended up with wifi for days.

We stayed here to explore the city and Christmas markets and deliberately chose somewhere "cheap and cheerful" as we weren't planning to spend much time there. It was perfect for us, the rooms are tiny though, so bear that in mind but it was a small compromise given how good everything else was. The team here were amazing, we spoke English as a group and they were all able to communicate with us and made every conversation a pleasure. The Bar is well stocked and there was always someone on hand to pour a beer, which was great because we took advantage of the chessboards and ended up staying there way more than we thought we would. The young Turkish girl who checked us in could not have been more helpful, we were given so much information and really felt like we knew the city before we had even stepped outdoors. It is very central to everything, and a 10 minute walk into the very heart of the town.
