Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre ville.. Chambres très propres et bien équipées. Possibilité de choisir douche ou baignoire. Joli SPA et petite salle de sport (peu d équipements par contre). Personnel très gentil et efficace. Bon buffet au petit déjeuner

L'hôtel est très bien situé! Les installations du spa sont top. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont pas top au vu du reste de l'établissement. La gentillesse du personnel est très appréciable que ce soit au bar, au restaurant ou à la réception. Le restaurant ne nous a pas emballé par contre.

Pluses: Friendly front desk staff and helpful manager. Breakfast good. I enjoyed the pool. Being attached to the shopping centre was useful. I was upgraded but couldn't see much difference to the other rooms I looked at. Minuses: Was disappointed with quite small and noisy room (talking and banging etc from neighboring rooms). There was a smell of smoke from a next door room. The rooms in the back have a view of the shopping centre car park entrance and a tram line that goes round the hotel. Those in the front have an urban view including road and tram line although the external soundproofing is good (not so internally). The hotel was significantly more expensive than others in Montpellier during my stay and I was disappointed with the overall value and wished I'd stayed elsewhere which I will do next time.

Recently renovated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious with the best service. Location is excellent. Dinner overpriced. Conclusion: Highly recommended. I wish I go back one day.

My wife and I stayed here with our two children in July. The hotel does not have family rooms so we stayed in two adjacent double/twin rooms. Located in the city center and adjacent to the Polygone shopping center, this is an ideal base to explore the city. It is a little unusual to enter and exit via the car park and the shopping center to access the middle of Montpellier. The hotel was recently renovated and still had a really fresh feeling. We visited the room top pool on both days of our visit and it was a beautifully appointed and relaxing area. The gym and spa were as chic as you’ll ever see in a 4 star hotel. We only had snacks in the bar and did not have breakfast or dinner. Staff were friendly and attentive during our entire stay. We would definitely recommend.
