After tricky situation regarding late check out - misunderstanding. this was resolved quickly. Staff friendly/excellent service all round - and for us totally dg friendly absolute bonus for us. Overall very happy with our stay and very accommodating.

Ok for a stop over

Stayed for 1 night - the reception area and hallways are well presented and staff friendly. The room itself was a little dated - almost looks like they started a refurb and ran out of money so gave up! Also having a separate toilet and shower is odd. Bed was comfortable. The £5 charge for car parking is a little petty.

Really central for access to shops but nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Room good size and very clean. Liked the option to have additional sofa bed. Small fridge in room is very useful. Car parking is reasonably priced and the WI FI is excellent. Would stay again.

Rooms are tired. Nice to see standard hotel items, fridge etc, but the general decor makes it feel tired. What irked me was the first room given had a damaged mouldy bath, bath could’ve resulted in a sufficient cut, why the room is being let out I don’t know. Couches in both rooms were grubby, needs a good deep clean, lick of paint wouldn’t hurt and deep clean the carpets. Second room was an improvement. Glad I’m only here two nights, hope the food makes up for it.

Poor Value at almost £150 per night plus a daily charge for car parking. Restaurant food only modest and room tired. Very helpful staff. Being. Disabled I was in need of assistance on occasions which was readily given. I would like to thank the breakfast waitresses Asha and Miranda in particular who went out of their way to ensure I could cope with the buffet breakfasts . They were fantastic.
