The hotel looked old and tired from the outside. We checked in at 10pm due to a late flight. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was 504 and as mentioned before was next to the lifts which was noisy. Staff offered to move us. The room was hot and we were advised the air con did not go on until later in the year due to Milanese regulations. The windows opened widely for fresh air but had no safety features I could see. The room was ok but the showroom had a bidet and the towels were old, thin and greying. We did not eat at the hotel as we were out and about each day. There are nice local bakeries/ cafes for breakfast. The hotel is near the metro which is cheap and easy to use. Overall the experience was ok. You get what you pay for. It was reasonably priced.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Milan in a residential neighbourhood. Metro station is not too far away, you then need to take two different trains to get to the city centre. So location is pretty average. The nearest super-markets are a good walk away. The room was a good size but too hot in April, the air-con wasn't doing anything. I can only imagine what it's like in the summer. Wi-fi was very poor. Breakfast was nothing special, 15 Euros. The car parking underneath the hotel was something like out of a horror movie with lots of derelict vans parked there. Weird. Parking is not cheap either, 18 Euros per night. Overall, an average experience.

Odadaki güvenlik kasasının şifre sistemi arızalıydı, 3 kere teknisyen odaya gelip yaptıysa da düzelmedi, tüm konaklamamız sırasında pasaport-para v.b gibi kıymetli eşyamızı yanımızda taşımak zorunda kaldık. Sanırım otelin bir yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

Great hotel in Milan. Not too much street noise at night and also right beside a tram startion linking with the metro. Me and a friend travelled for a weekend to watch a football match and perfect for getting to San Siro, the metro is on the exact same line. Definitely recommend if going to watch football or even just exploring Milan.

In this trip on Italy I stayed with my family in 3 novotels - Milan, Venice and Rome. In all 3 I booked family rooms. I got upgraded in all 3 to executive family rooms as I frequently stay in novotels. Off the 3 the smallest room was in novotel Milan. The room in novotel Milan looked like a normal room where they jammed a sofa next to the bed and the called it a family room. In contrast in Rome the family room is almost double the size. Location wise this property is just outside the old town ( pretty part of Milan). It takes about 15-20 euros to take a cab into the old town/ Milan station. Location is good if you have your own car and are doing day trips yourself. Location ain't good if you are dependent on trains and taxis. As a property the hotel looks mostly like a business hotel. They has a big conference when we were there. Property in need of a renovation. Food at property is also not great and very limited and not too many options of food around the hotel.
