Had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. A surprise weekend away for my 40th birthday. Arrived several hours early but the hotel managed to get us a room. They surprised me with some Belgian chocolate and prosecco which was a lovely gesture. The hotelroom was clean, modern and homely. The toiletries are of high quality and has everything you need for a short stay. Couldn't fault the breakfast or the service all weekend. The location is fantastic, all around the designer shops and not too far from all the sights and main station for Eurostar. Overall a fab stay.

This hotel was excellent from stepping inside the door. Check in was good with lovely helpful staff, the room was clean, well decorated and a good size, with the most comfortable bed ever. We had breakfast which was buffet and very good. The staff here are all lovely and extremely helpful, would highly recommend for a stay in Brussels.

Exceptional stay

Recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we first arrived where we were warmly greeted and given a tour of the hotel to the time we left the property with assistance provided with luggage and to get to Midi station, the staff and the hotel were truly exceptional. Lovely, spacious deluxe room. Very good bar service. Hotel location very good, bus/tram connections within 100 yards of the hotel entrance. However the absolute highlight and star of the piece was concierge Mariano. I had been struggling to book a restaurant for my wife's birthday and the place we had settled on was full. Within half an hour, Mariano secured us a table at our preferred time within half an hour. We will definitely return when we are next in Brussels.

Not setup for the business traveller

Overall, the hotel is lovely. Very comfortable, decent food, nothing unexpected for its price point, except for one thing: it's not setup for the business traveller. I had a decent-sized suite with a small table and a couple of comfortable armchairs, which would be great if I wanted to sit with someone and have drinks and a chat. The chairs were totally useless for trying to use the table as a desk. I had to call down and ask for a chair, and ended up with a standard-issue dining room chair, which thankfully was about the right height for me. There was plenty of additional space in my room for a decent desk and office chair. Given that Brussels sees a lot of business traffic, this seems like a serious oversight.

Lovely hotel close to the centre of Brussels. Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the two who greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed (I think their names were Leah and Benjamin). Clean, well equipped room. Fabulous breakfast. Really nice place to stay, enjoyed it very much
