I like this Hotel, I always have. I usually stay here by myself when traveling to Bangkok on business or medical checkups. It's a great location right on Sian Square and Siam station and I can be at the Airport by rail within 35 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast has everything you need. The location is great. You have a choice of some of the best Malls in the world within minutes of walking from the lobby. I recommend it, especially if you have limited time and want to walk around and do some shopping and eat in some nice restaurants.

Location is excellent, in the middle of the shopping district with amenities galore. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff are very friendly, smiley, we always return to a clean and tidy room, and the little things they do for us really touch us - special thanks to Mr Jib and Ms May! We stayed at this hotel whenever we visited Bangkok, our every stay had been a warm and lovely experience. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Room is well sized, clean (although acoustics could be better; we heard the children thumping around all night) but I recommend getting the lounge access - breakfast has less options than the restaurant but it is quieter and more private, and you get excellent service. Pae, who works at the lounge is amazing. She is observant and provides true 5 star service. She helped me print my boarding passes and always made sure my family was comfortable. She totally made the stay at Novotel a wonderful one!

Best hotel experience for me so far.

The front office , the pool bar staff , Mr Jib and Miss May , everyone are amazing and kind . One of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time . My whole family had fun . my daughter wanted to give a special thanks to Mr. Jib and Miss . May for the cute bunny and the personal note they left for us .
