Bad service and staff.

Extremely bad service! This hotel is below standard because some staff not all are very bad. This place is not worth to stay in. Stay somewhere else. This hotel need to change a lot to make it better.

Merhaba Otele yerleşme islemi cok.uzun surdu ne yazık ki. Ayrica aksam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısında çocuk menüsü eksik olması sıkıntı oldu. Kızım pilav ile karnını doyurdu. Bir diger eksik ise otele ait otoparkdan ücret alınması bence yanlış

Değerli Müşterimiz, Otele yerleşme sürecinin uzun sürmesinden dolayı üzgünüz; konforunuz ve memnuniyetiniz bizim için çok önemli. Restoranımızda ve sabah kahvaltısında eksik bulduğunuz çocuk menüsü konusunda ise, geniş ürün yelpazemizle hizmetinizdeyiz ve menümüzdeki çeşitliliği sürekli olarak gözden geçirmekteyiz. A one night stop over with a 20 min walk from the train station. Check in was easy, room comfortable enough. I would say it needs a bit more attention on cleaning and a fresh coat of paint would not hurt. I chose this hotel as the car rental agency was right around the corner and I was leaving early the next day.

Excellent, Good price, Great Service, Easy Parking

For the relatively cheap price this was an excellent one night stay in a superior double room. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. We had a meal in the restaurant - the drinks and food came super quick and dinner was very tasty (fish n chips). The waiter / chef was awesome - friendly, efficient, professional, quick, multi tasker and well presented. Only one issue with our stay - we had to run the shower for about 5 or more minutes before it got to the right temperature - pressure wasn’t that great.

Perfect room, clean and spacious. All staff couldn't do enough for you. Very pleasant. Excellent food and the bar wasn't expensive. Joost that ran the bar was one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Very attentative and a perfect host. You should be proud to have him in your team. General Manager material without a doubt.
