Plastic under sheets

Plastic under sheets is a definite no-go. Lots of people can't sleep with plastic under sheets. Don't go here unless you like sweaty, hot nights for the wrong reason. I won't go there again even if you pay me. PLEASE BOYCOTT HOTELS WITH PLASTIC BED SHEETS

We are sure, that it is not in a guests interest or not in your interest, that the mattresses will be contaminated with any liquids left by other guests. The hotel's fine but how they treat people isn't. My sister-in-law, a Ukrainian refugee, was waiting for us in the lobby. Our train was late so she was there for a while. The man working at the front desk, Mr. Thomas, kicked her out just for sitting in the lobby so she had to stand outside for about an hour. When I asked him to apologize to her he looked at me and said sorry, refusing to actually apologize to her. I sensed his prejudice against her and the other employees would only make up exuses for him. I also called four times from the train and no one would answer the phones.

Thankful for AC in the rooms!

We had to book 2 rooms for our family of 5 when booking online, but when I checked in I was told we had family rooms which would have accommodated the 5 of us (baby sleeps in our bed). But they wouldn’t let me cancel the second room, so we basically paid double. They also don’t have interconnected rooms, so we were placed 16 rooms apart. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spacious. We stayed for a night during the 40 degree heatwave so we really appreciated the AC in the rooms and going to the small indoor pool to cool down. Breakfast had a good selection of food and lots of fruit.

飯店很靠近火車站，但如果你提著很重的行李，可能需要繞路， 因為會經過一些樓梯。 早餐很普通沒什麼驚喜，房間不大但夠用，我們住的是帶沙發床的房間，但沙發床其實不是很好睡，起來都腰痠背痛。最大的驚喜應該是他們的咖啡機了吧。 The hotel is very near Duisburg station, but you will need to pass some ladders if use the shortcuts, thus it’s not so convenient if the luggage is super heavy. Breakfast is not so great and you will not find any surprising. We stayed in a room with sofa bed, not big but enough. However, I feel it’s not very comfortable to sleep in the sofa bed. I think the most surprising is the Bosch coffee maker.
