I have been there a few times now to work and this may become my staple place! I went to the cafe to meet someone for work and feel like I tripped into this gem. It’s clean, relaxed, warm, with great food, coffee, tea available… one of my favorite added touches is the infused water they offer. A special kudos to Samia who was so kind and attentive. While I’m in Paris this will be my work space for sure!

Avoid this old, stained and depressing hotel

Old, stained, gloomy. Could not find any staff around for our breakfast the first day. The complete absence of regard for customer service during check-in was almost funny. Hotel seems to specialize in groups / bus tours clients. No way near what you would expect from a Mercure hotel. More of an Ibis budget level. Avoid.

Never a 4 star. Tired, outdated, gloomy hotel. Lobby is a mess. Took a long time to check in and out. 2 star at most. Images don't reflect current condition. No iron/board in room. Couldn't even find the bar and restaurant. Building site opposite as of June. Avoid

Wonderful welcome and perfect hotel for the purpose of my visit. Rooms clean, breakfast was amazing and staff no matter who you spoke to were very professional and welcoming. Would not hesitate to come back.

Very difficult to stay here. Room service menu did not work online and there were no physical menus unless you walk to reception. Phone didn't work. I had to walk to reception to try and order food but menu was minimal so I asked if Uber eats can deliver to The door. They said yes. But then they wouldn't let uber eats into the hotel. Very unhelpful and not at all a business hotel. Wifi is poor. Rooms so dark I could barely see.
