Really great service rooms were clean when we get back from our excursions. It smelt fresh and everything was on point. House keeping was really friendly. All of our stuff was where we left them nothing missing everything was really great shout out to Kangkana.

Shakeel was the amazing at beach and we enjoy the service as his so polite and nice and about the hotel very nice and good rooms housekeeping department as amwwys do good cleanliness all the time and they have good service we will sure fome back

Shakeel top service, looked after us amazing. Always when we needed help, looked out for us. The beach service that they provided was excellent, anything that we needed they provided. Shakeel is a nice Man, very kind and lovely to us. God bless him.

Our experience at Fairmount the palm has been great. We were on a half board deal for our stay and the food was very good with plenty of choices either at the flow kitchen or the various resteraunts we could use. Kangkana our cleaner was superb and very thourgh and courteous at all times. We had a great vacation and would certainly think of using this hotel again in the future.

Another excellent stay at Fairmont the Palm. We were surprised & thankful on arrival to be upgraded from a delux sea view suite to a corner jacuzzi suite, it was superb. We have stayed here just before Covid & hopeful that it hadn’t gone down hill. It certainly had not and lived up to our expectations. All staff could not be more helpful, our room attendants were excellent as was Sahil one of the pool attendants that ensured a very comfortable stay each time we were at the pool. With regard to the pool we mostly stayed in the section to the right where the palm trees are situated in the pool. This area could do with some gradual steps going into the pool, as the only steps going into the pool here are around the back and would be difficult to get to for an elderly or infirm person that relies on gradual steps to enjoy the pool in this location. The palm trees in the pool here are very nice especially on a very hot day. One of the main reasons why we chose to return here was the food choice & quality. Our main 2 restaurants that we ate in was Flow & Seagrill. Seagrill was superb with a great selection on HB, or pay a small supplement to upgrade. I can make no recommendation for this restaurant as all was great. Flow was our other main choice for dinner & always for breakfast. It was great to still be able to have a pork selection at breakfast, although there could be a much better choice when it came cereals. Also it would be advantageous to have 2 Chiefs at the egg cooking station at all times to avoid a Wait. I had a meet up with the F&B Director Phillip who informed me that Flow in the near future was getting a refit. I made the suggestion that a pasta cooking station would be an asset to the dining experiences. The only other suggestion at Flow was to have a more imaginative salad selection, for instance coleslaw & Waldorf salad ect ect, as it always appeared to be repetitive. But in all honesty the food is difficult to fault at any outlet at this hotel, room service was also very good with excellent choice, as was the food pool side although a little on the slow side arriving. It would be our choice to certainly return to Fairmont The Palm again in the near future, and would definitely recommend to anyone.
