This is a simple no frills hotel walking distance from Piccadilly train station. The room is small and basic however it was clean and the shower was excellent. I really liked the bed table. Some will discourage you from the Piccadilly area however I found it to be a delightful blend of bars restaurants and people on holiday. There is homeless in the area and pickpockets around the station. I wouldn’t walk around with children at night. For me it was walking distance from what I wanted to see. It is a good value.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Extremely loud and they do nothing about the noise except come yell At You IN YOUR Face and threaten to throw you out for making a noise complaint that has woken you up three times. Disgusting and aggressive staff, especially the manager who is notorious on these reviews Andy.

Great value and a nice looking hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Sadly let down by paper thin walls where can you hear your neighbours talking on one side and on the other the sound of them using the coat hanger rack. Good location for a hotel.

Wonderful food and service. In particular Zuynab was very welcoming and attentive. Really enjoyed the experience. Also good to mention I arrived into the restaurant late, so was expecting a bit of a push back on ordering food. There was no such issue

The people working at the front desk were extremely helpful upon arrival. The front desk manager Preston was very informative and made it very easy for us to navigate the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists finding their way through the city.
