Amazing place and wonderful work from the staff, their good names are: Aung & Khaing and Armia at the reception they are so nice and give us the room as soon as possible. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay at the palm celebrating my husband’s 50tj It is the second time we have stayed now. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the views and location are amazing. I was especially impressed with the manager Soukaina. We had a problem with our first room and she listened and apologised and rectified the problem straight away. She then upgraded us to a better room and we were very impressed. The gold lounge was amazing and the views, food, drinks and service were impeccable. A special shout out to Allen and Myint who were always there to help and made sure we had plenty of drinks and food. We really enjoyed the food in Little India and Rishabh was welcoming and friendly. Thanks so much to all the staff who made our stay so special we hope to be back soon. Thanks Holly and Rich Lord

Room full of mosquitos

Got to the hotel at 9am requesting a check in and wasn’t checked in till 3pm. Even though other guests came hours after me, and they were checked in straight away. I ended up using a friends room until I was handed the keys finally at 3:30pm. I didn’t enter my room till 11:50pm only to find the whole bathroom and bedroom full with mosquitos. My instant reaction was to call concierge and ask for them to move us. They moved us after inspecting the room to the 7th floor exactly the same room. The icky feeling of not having a clean room cannot be removed unfortunately. As compensation I was offered a lunch or a dinner in the lobby restaurant. No other help was given and when asked to be moved to a slightly different room to make our stay more comfortable, the request was immediately denied. Only the first night here yet but it’s not been off to a great start!! Will not be coming back here

Beautifully located hotel. The territory is very beautiful, the beach is clean, there is enough space, the staff and service are great. I would especially like to emphasise a guy called Shakeel who works on the beach, always cheerful, friendly and always helpful in everything
