Pricing for weekend was not communicated well when booking - so was unprepared when checking in day of treatment that price for treatment was higher on weekend than published on their website. Women’s locker room was not very clean. Toilet paper on floor in stalls and lacking the array of toiletries they used to have - combs, hairspray. Flooring did not feel clean in bare feet. Was a busy-ish day and constantly looking for a glass for water.

Be careful, spa booking cost and what is charged is 2 different things. Spa charges are about 20% higher

The spa treatment and facility are great. The payment structure has a lot to be desired. The spa confirmation suggests one cost but what is actually billed is around 20% more. I checked out of the spa and nothing was mentioned they just said have a nice day. As A Fairmont Property I would expect full transparency.

What a great stay! The Sonoma Mission Inn was just the taste of wine country living we were looking for over spring break. Karen made booking and our arrival seamless. Dennis at Santé turned dinner into a dining experience. Sarah at the Water Tower pool bar was so helpful and fun!

I spent the day at the Spa. The facilities were lovely. I got the stress recovery massage which was a great way to begin my relaxing day. The bath house ritual was a great place to hang out, and the weather was great for relaxing by the pools. All the attendants were super nice and polite. I really enjoyed the experience.
