We went for my daughter’s birthday and enjoyed the tea brunch. Our waiter, Shalim, was so welcoming and kind and made the experience so fun for all of us especially my daughter who had several (ahem!) requests. Lol! We can’t wait to do it again. A memory we will never forget! Highly recommend!

We had the best time calling The Plaza “home base” for the weekend. The accommodations were lovely and the staff were all fantastic always making sure we were happy!

Shalim Khan greeted us and provided exceptional service with sincerity. From the pour of the teas to the to ho containers for the desserts we could not consume. I shall return for Afternoon Tea and hope to have Mr. Khan as my server again. The cuisine was superb as my sister friend is a vegetarian. I am not and we did not have to match Champagne for the doctor; not for me.

So cute and fun! Eloise menu was adorable for little ones , they even brought a special pink cup and napkin and teapot for our 4 year old. Shalim was wonderful. A great morning for the whole family! It’s pricey but worth it for the classic experience.
