Excellent hotel - Quiet , central location . Highly recommended. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Staff - very friendly & helpful. Two double Rooms - both essentially equipped & clean. Although the smaller room was very hot. Airport bus - No 8 pickup (Val line2) outside front doors of airport (10.50 Euro one way) drop 5 min walk to hotel. Very convenient. Taxi to airport- booked with front house team. (4 people (50 Euro). Restaurants/cafes - on the doorstep! Lots of choice within a few minutes walk.

I spent 3 days for a quick visit of Vienna and stayed at Mecure Vienna First with my wife. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, near of everything and public transportation. All the staff of the hotel is highly kind, professional and helpful to assist for a great experience of Vienna.

Amazing central location. Rooms are nicely decorated and very modern. All basic necessaries are provided. Fresh water is also provided in the mini bar along with coffee facilities. Breakfast was good with a variety of options with fresh food items. Reception staff were always very helpful, all speak very good English.

I stayed in this hotel for a week and had a great stay. The hotel is modern, clean and in great central location on a quiet street but close to St. Stephens square. But the stand out for me was the great customer service - all the staff we encountered from cleaners to front of house were very friendly and welcoming. The best customer service I have ever received in hotel!

Well located, good service but the rooms and the restaurant were poor

It is a well located hotel in the center of Wien near St. Stephens square. Reception was great. Rooms were a bid small, but this is ok it was mentioned when booking the hotel. The room was not very clean. Even when the service came in the morning we would still see that the carpet was dirty. Breakfast was ok but with not too many options. Restaurant was ok but food was not on the pricing they were offering. We had a good stay but I don't think I will book again this hotel.
