Excellent hotel, location so close to everything. Staff always so friendly and eager to help with a smile on their face. Front manager Maimoon was awesome! giving us tips on what to do, where to go locally and chasing things up for us. Very clean, bed so comfortable with full amenities. Plugs are also international! highly recommended, worth every cents!

ไปถึงที่พักก็ช่วงประมาณ 1-2 ทุ่ม วันที่ 6เมษายน ระบบจองน่าจะมีปัญหา พนักงานหน้าบ้าน ก็ยืน งง กับเอกสาร เพราะมีชื่อมา 2 ใบ 2บุ๊คกิ้ง อันนี้ไม่แน่ใจว่า Trip.com มีส่วนผิดด้วยหรือไม่ แต่ดูจากการแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าของพนักงาน ยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควรจะเป็น ให้ผมยืนรอ และยืนงงว่า ฉันจองออะไรมาผิดพลาดหรือไม่ คือถ้าแขกคอนเฟิร์มว่า ฉันมาพักอันนี้ บุ๊คกิ้งนี้ ก็ควรจะเชื่อแขก และปล่อยแขกขึ้นห้องพัก และถ้ามันมีอีกบุ๊คกิ้นหนึ่งที่เหลือ ก็จะต้องเป็นหน้าที่ Reservation ที่จะต้องจัดการและแก้ไขปัญหา คือง่ายๆครับว่า วันนั้นพี่ Front แอบ ขอใช้คําว่าแอบ แอบโยนปัญหาให้ลูกค้าแก้ไขกันเอง ซึ่งผมกับพี่ชายก็งง และต่างคนก็ต่างเข้าแอพเอเจนซี่กันหัวหมุน พี่พนักงานไม่ช่วยอะไรเลย ลักษณะเป็นพี่พนักงานผู้ชาย ผิวขาวๆ ก็อยากจะฝากครับว่า อยากให้แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าให้ได้ดีกว่านี้ ด้านอื่นโอเครหมดเลย อย่าเสียเพราะปลาเน่าตัวเดียวเลยครับ ถ้ามีโอกาสไปภูเก็ตอีกครั้ง จะไปพักอีกครับ

The hotel is distinctive, the cleanliness is very good, and the cooperation with the staff is also excellent, especially the employee Teh, kwangtung who is very courteous.Also, the food is distinctive and cooked well.
