A very good property. Stayed with family. The place was clean and the breakfast spread was decent enough. The service was quick and the staff were helpful. Billing was also quick and the service was helpful. A good view of the city and plenty of natural light.

Hotel offer some amazing city views but it's losing it's charm.

We went with good expectations during our stay in Guwahati and preferred over Novotel over Vivanta. The check-in was smooth but on our first look at the room it really looked like it's begging for renovations. The shower was not working properly, Table lamp switches were somehow just stuck and overall the look and aesthetics of the room gave us a feel of budget hotel. Only the Accor service standard quality and city views that our room had to offer were making our stay bearable. The other problem that we felt were limited staff which didn't gave us any problem but during crowded times for e.g. Breakfast everything was going haywire as whatever we ordered from live kitchen never landed to our table. And after requesting 5-6 times to the team for specific order only then it managed to appear. Breakfast buffet is good were some items can be a hit and miss, Dipika among the service staff is only one gem which every Accor properties in their restaurants have across India which they should never lose.

Very good room and food. Diya and Saswati were excellent at the restaurant. Good location. Room amenities. Novotel in Guwahati is one of the only good hotels here. The reception service was also very good. The service was quick and good. Well lit lobby

Lovely Hotel in overall, lovely check in staff, very generous room space, ample amenities, fast internet, centrally located and memorable food experience during Dinner and Breakfast. Special mention to staff Jatin Thapa, for personally caring for my wife`s special requirements. And during Breakfast time, very caring staff Shrijana, Dipika, Roshni and Masoom, who all made sure that our special dietary needs were fulfilled.
