We had a comfortable, spacious double room for two people with cabin suitcases. Standard shower, with good water pressure. There isn't a fridge or kettle in the room but you can have free hot drinks from the drinks machine in reception. Breakfast is continental, so no hot food other than toast. Staff are friendly and approachable. You have a choice of two metros, Port D'ivory or Olympiades, both within walking distance. If after a day of sightseeing you want somewhere to eat closer to the hotel we'd recommend Thai Yim 2 and Aupa Camonito.

funky nice hotel but need a lot and to be improved, breakfast very limited, room very small, space small have no space even for your bag, one left for so many rooms and customers, staff unhelpful and busy all time

Basis hotel with small rooms, but sufficient for a short stay. Location is nice, close to metro and restaurants. We had two problems however. The airconditioning was not providing cold air. As it turned out they only provide this during the summer months. Rooms are hot quickly however, so cool air is not a luxury in the beginning of May. This info is not shared during booking or check-in. Also during check-out the hotel will conduct a search of the room for any damages. They found a small part of the mirror missing in our room and therefore kept the deposit of a 100 euro’s. No proof given that we caused the damage, just a message to us that we did it and had to pay. Any complaints from our side were waived away. We did not broke the mirror. So therefore a fair warning: make pictures of the room upon entering it. Proof needs to come from the guest, not from the hotel they say. Clearly a reason for us to never return to this hotel.

Once again I will answer you on this subject: The mirror in the room was not broken when you arrived, at your departure, the housekeeper Manager checked the room as agreed upon your arrival for all cash payements, and she saw the mirror broken and you were charged for it. About the air conditioning, as in almost 3 star hotels, the system does not allow you to adjust individually in each room whether air conditioning or heating, we estimated that during your stay the ac was not necessary, in Paris there was between 7 and 15 degrees during your stay, therefore we preferred to leave the heating, easily adjustable in the rooms (You could also turn it off). Once again, I hope I have answered your questions. I remind you that problems are not solved with a lack of respect, especially when you say F*** you b**** to a collaborator... We left our Paris accommodation booking a bit late and this seemed the best fit for our family and our budget. The journey into the main areas was a bit much but this was the compromise. The room was clean although I suggest they remove the tray table when the second bed is in use as it was often in the way. Breakfast was good and the staff were always friendly.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the room was ok it a bit small but it very ok to stay over for a short trip. The personal are so helpful and kind. Good breakfast and they offer tea, coffee all day for free. I would come and high recommended.
