Strategic location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Stayed with my husband and kids. Well Location beside from ciputra mall, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast so good and many varieaty of food. Sunday morning they have kids corner and my kids so happy for that. Thank you novotel

I have been stay here many times, mostly all is good and a very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is excellent the rooms comfortable and clean, the staff at the reception very friendly. The women who handle me, Im sorry forget his name but she is very kindness.

The hotel staff was very talented,understanding prompt in services,humble and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely. The fitness center needs an improvement, hotel location only 30 minutes from airport.
