Great property, wonderful staff, city center location. Although the breakfast menu can have a bit more extensive. Sneha from the Staff was very helpful, across the stay. The property offers a great spot of a night walk across the beautiful city.

Everything is very amazing and staff are very friendly and cooperative.very happy. Sneha is very friendly. And food was good and services .Amit and prabaht was given to us wonderful stay and excellent sevices. Specially I had dosa during the breakfast at LA uppu Restaurant it was amazing. Thank you for great hospitality. We will come back again grand Mercure mysore.

Really nice be with hotel ,all are staff very good and taking care to us. Breakfast spread was good and food was delicious.specaial thanks for Sneha ,prabhat and Amit for the great services. Yesterday we are had dinner from the room service,food was very tasty

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. We had a great housekeeper. She is lovely and helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We loved it... bathrooms were very neat and clean,my kids loved it,, breakfast was yummy, swimming pool was spacious

Especially it s always from last 2 years it's very comfort because of Keerthi who get the booking on time so it's really fantastic... During last 2 days stay was amazing as housekeeping guy Mr Parmesha who done the cleaning once I informed before going for breakfast and it was done when I was back... and Front office Chaitra and Gautam were very supportive in resolving the small issue like Wi fi and other stuff.. and specially the Food and Beverage department all staffs very very co-operative Thx all of you making my stay beautiful ❤️ will come next time with my family and friends
