The room was very nice and comfortable for 4 person (family). The location was very good and all transpotration means was very close (Underground, Tram etc). Breakfast was very good. The only negative was that there was not a fridge in the room.

Fantastic ...very beautiful; perfect position near the centre a near tram for all city. My family is very content for this experience

Horrific experience. Booked their large family room I have two small children and a toddler. Got there , they still insisted into getting me to book another room even though the toddler nor the children will be in it .so we all stayed in the family room and kept the other room empty this makes sense to them I guess.

Hotel was really nice, staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location of hotel is actually pretty good because of great public transportation. There is a lot of tram and bus lines that go in the center of Vienna and also metro is really close. There is parking available in the garage beneath the hotel and we were really lucky because we took the last spot. We booked a family suite but they were overbooked and moved us to 2 separate rooms which was even better, but they didn’t charge anything extra. Would recommend staying there if you’re visiting Vienna.

Comfortable hotel, a little out the way but with great transport links. We had a top floor room with slanted roof which was nice. Arrived early and told our room wasn't ready, mentioned paying for early checking and miraculously it was ready - costing us 30 euro. Bathroom was OK but shower pressure was poor. Would stay again due to the price and the close transport links.
