A not so thrilled experience

I less enjoyed the staycation with my family at this hotel. Facility were run down when we stayed here (sauna and ofuro didnot work). Compacted parking lot in the basement. Services and staff's attitude could be improved. However, location is strategic.

It was an extraordinary experience when I was able to carry out a table manner event at Mercure Karawang. the food served is extraordinary, starting from the taste, texture, appearance, aroma. quite satisfied with the food and drinks served. Today I have a table manner event at the Mercure Karawang Hotel. I recommend this place because I believe Mercure Karawang can provide the best service. The staff there were very friendly, the chef immediately explained the process by which the food was made and the composition of the food, Mr. Chandra and Mr. Uung were able to explain the ingredients and serve the menu well, and also prepared the event according to our needs. I am satisfied because I chose the Mercure Karawang Hotel as the venue for this table manner event.

The hotel is very nice, the staff are friendly and quick response especially vanny at lobby. I came here with my college for business matters and the wifi, room, and breakfast is very good and delicious. They also have hot tub and sauna! Will comeback again later 👍🏼

Excellent service at pool bar and front desk. Nata and Vanny went the extra measure at all times. The Japanese place is good. Totally unexpected in this part of Indonesia too! The rooms are clean and well appointed. I did a lot of work from the desk in the room.
