This hotel was on the route from our accommodation to the rugby stadium. Although it was very busy outside with rugby fans and we were not staying with them they were more than happy for us to use their bar, toilets and order pizza. We thought this was exceptional and also they were not charging inflated prices. Many thanks to all the staff.

We had to reshedule our complete holiday and came in this hotel?.They were very helpfull in arranging all things, hotel stays... top service ! Clean rooms, close to city center with direct metro connection.

Nice Hotel

We stayed over here for 2 nights before & after joining a cruise. The hotel itself is nice & clean & located not too far from La Vieux Port, a busy tourist area by the port. Two areas where the hotel was let down was the lack of interaction or, assistance from the breakfast staff & the inconsistency. You had to walk around the dining room to find a spoon or maybe, a knife as the tables were not fully set. The huge worry for us though was that the young girl wiping the tables, was also wiping the, seats of the chairs with the, same cloth & did this on both occasions we stayed here. This is a serious health & safety issue especially for children or babies who may pick up food that has fallen onto the table & then end up with a nasty gastric illness. Other than that the hotel was clean, tidy & the beds were so comfortable & the air conditioning, safe, fridge & everything else worked perfectly, so all in all a nice stay.

Stayed in a room with 4 people (2 kids) and a balcony. Only a couple of parking spaces. Two Tesla chargers (slow). Lot of choices at the breakfast even near closing of the buffet. Subway is a few meters away
