My experience was in Ramadan fouttor. The food is so good, fresh and delicious (you might add sweet made out of chocolate as brownies, cookies, cake) the staffs are friendly and helpful. I’ll will repeat my visit 👍🏻 Also Abdulaleem is professional serving… special thanks for Abdulaleem

The palm restaurant was superb. Abdulrahman was very helpful it is a come back . Enjoyed all the services and the friendliness. Abdulalim also been very supportive and friendly. Thanks Novotel for a beautiful experience. Location is fantastic very near to all shops.

It was our Ramadan Iftar as a team. Food quantity was scarce and was not varied. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a bit warm in the restaurant. We had to pray in a meeting room as there was no allocated area for women to pray. The space around the buffet was enough for one person to move around only.

The food was delicious and organised. The services also was very good, the stuff was very cooperative specially Abdelrahman. Thank you for contributing positively in our day. The deserts was delicious too. We will try it again specially in Ramadan eftar
